Registered Nurse - Post Surgical Unit

Overview

Our client in Coos Bay, OR is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Post Surgical Unit PSU. The ideal candidate will be able to apply the nursing process to patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and possess effective teaching skills. Key Responsibilities ● Applies the nursing process to the care of patients ● Teaches patients and significant others ● Documents patient care in the medical record ● Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient Schedule and Shift Details ● Night Shift // 12hr/36hrs/week // 80-hours per two-week pay period

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Agile (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Physician Informatics
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Oregon (OR)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Post Op (3+ years)
